After studying French and Russian literature at the University of Oxford, Aurora trained on the Acting BA at RADA before launching her career in film and TV as an actor and screenwriter. Aurora is passionate about multifaceted, diverse and unusual stories, inspired by her upbringing as a mixed-race woman in South London who has lived and worked in Europe and Asia, as well as North and South America. Aurora is best known for playing the lead character in October Faction on Netflix, and also as Elizabeth Seymour in the stage adaptation of Hilary Mantel’s The Mirror and The Light.
At the Wolf Hall Weekend, Aurora will present on the topic of ‘Ghosts, spirits and muses: Hilary Mantel’s Wolf Hall on stage.’
