Ticket Information and Terms & Conditions of sale of tickets.

‘Event’ means Wolf Hall Weekend

The event takes place in the grounds of Cadhay House, Cadhay, Ottery Saint Mary, EX11 1QT, UK.

Tickets are sold through the booking system, Stripe, online (available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week).

Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

In the unlikely situation that the Founder has to cancel the event, the price of the ticket(s) will be refunded in full to your original payment method, but the Founder shall have no liability for any other direct or indirect losses or costs which you may incur due to such cancellation.

The tickets are not subject to VAT.

All seats are unreserved and will be limited to the number allowed by the capacity of the venue. You will not be able to purchase a ticket if the capacity is reached and no money will be taken from your payment method.

Accessibility: the venue can accommodate wheelchairs and those with mobility issues. There is an accessible toilet at the venue. The venue and marquee have step free access. Please contact us at info@wolfhallweekend.com if you have particular needs or require a seat close to the stage due to hearing or sight challenges. All speakers use a microphone.

Access is limited to children 16 years and over and they must be accompanied by a responsible adult (over 18 years of age).

We reserve the right to alter the programme or substitute speakers if circumstances dictate. Please check our website or follow us on Instagram @wolfhallweekend for programme change alerts.

Books are available to buy at the venue. Speakers will sign copies of their books during each break in the programme.

Some event sessions may be filmed or recorded. By buying a ticket you are giving your consent to be filmed or recorded as a member of the audience. Please let the Founder know if you do not wish to be in a photograph or film by contacting info@wolfhallweekend.com

Event attendees have access to the grounds at the venue but have no right of access to any of the buidlings at the venue. The venue is private property and the Founder reserves the right to refuse access and to remove from the venue any attendee causing an unwarranted disturbance to other attendees.

Access to the event is by pre-booked tickets only and there will be no tickets on sale at the gate on either days of the event. The access times to the venue are published in the event programme on the website.
